Still reflecting on an unforgettable experience at SAIL 2025 in Amsterdam.
Held once every five years (this time after a decade-long pause) – SAIL 2025 was even more special this year.
It marked Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary, SAIL’s 50th anniversary, and the 10th edition of this incredible nautical event.
With over 10,000 ships, including historic Tall Ships, naval vessels, and maritime heritage craft, the harbour came alive for five days of celebration, tradition, and connection. It was truly a great showcase of how the sea can bring people together.

It was a pleasure to represent the Orbis Risk Partners team, and to spend time with partners outside the office in such a unique setting.
In our industry, building trusted relationships is so important, and SAIL Amsterdam 2025 was a reminder of how powerful these moments can be.
