Frederik is an experienced Legal Marine & Risk advisor with a demonstrated high performing history of working in the marine, trading & shipping industry. Skilled in Maritime Law, Risk Management and General Management.
He completed Law School at the University of Brussels (VUB) and holds an additional Master’s Degree in Tax & Maritime Law. The AIG program of professional associates drew him into the insurance industry, where it gave him international exposure. After 3 years at AIG, Frederik moved to the shipping, logistics and terminal industry as a Legal Counsel and Risk Manager in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The desire to serve and bring innovative solutions led Frederik to the decision to start Orbis Risk Partners in 2015. Since then, he is following his passion & doing what he loves.
